I’d never really had the travel bug.

I’m not saying that I didn’t want to travel, it just never really occured to me that it was something I could do. I always holidayed at home. Hell, I didn’t even ever go interstate… so the thought of travelling overseas was never, ever on my radar.

That all changed in the late 2000s when I met Angela (my wife). She loved to travel and I guess it opened my eyes to what was possible.

In the subsequent years, I have been very lucky to be able to visit a few countries and have thoroughly enjoyed doing so. Each trip has been spent trying to cram as much as we could into the time we had available. We always come back exhausted! But it is ‘good exhausted’.

I’ve made it a ‘thing’ that I document every trip so that when I’m old(er) I can relive the memories. Enjoy!
