Compliments to the Chef

“The most exclusive dinner party on the ship, at Chef’s Table you have the best seat in the house. For a meal that is equal parts memorable and mouth-watering, we were hosted to a private dinner of 12 guests.

Our evening began with a cocktail and canapé reception, hosted by the Executive Chef.

Once seated at the intimate and private table, the Executive Chef introduced each course and it’s expertly matched wine. At Chef’s Table it was our job to relax amongst great company and indulge, as we were served up this extraordinary dining experience.

This is followed, on the Friday, by an exclusive tour of the Galley.”

A memorable night with great company.

Noumea, New Caledonia

Our first port of call in New Caledonia. It was such a miserable, rainy day that we didn’t even get off the boat…

Lifou Island, New Caledonia

Our second port of call in New Caledonia. We got off the boat and went exploring…

Port Vila, Vanuatu

Our third and last port of call. It started raining that hard that we decided to stay on the boat…

The Galley

An inside tour, as part of the Chef’s Table Dinner, of where the food is made for the cruisers on the ship 😃
